  • Pioneering integrated multi-country studies in the 1980’s to support Gillette’s pan-European then global marketing strategy

  • Running an Asian market research agency - Frank Small & Associates in Indonesia (now part of TNSofres)

  • Developing a successful UK-based international research agency - Pegram Walters International (now Synovate)

  • Establishing a new research consultancy - Lumina Business Solutions Ltd.
